Seaglo match n scratch gt1 is the 1st rod from Seaglo and has been in development for close to two years! i wanted to make a high end FISHING rod but offer it at a great price.The gt1 is that its a great all round FISHING rod and perfect to target your smaller fish with clip down rigs all way up to ray and hound fishing with bigger baits it really is a joy to fish with!

THE BLANK

The blank is made out of high quality Japanese 40ton carbon ( used on high end rods ) with a cross wrap design on butt section .. The blank has a fast action with a 25.4mm butt ( including shrink wrap)and the tip is 3mm and with the glass technology it has a fantastic FISHING tip and shows bites perfect with the blended glass tip it sits great in fast tides and wont trip your lead out. It has a casting rating of 180g plus bait and has a lot of power stored in middle and butt section so in the right hands put a bait a long way but its very comfortable fishing in close .

THE BUILD

It comes fully built with Fuji bckwag eyes and is whipped in seaglo colours the butt eye and 1st eye on tip is green under whipped with 3 white middle bands over whipped in black finished in white trim bands the rest on tip section is black whippings all the ends are whipped and sealed off the whole rod is then coated and coated over the decals for protection .. it has a full Japanese deluxe shrink wrapped butt section and has shrink wrap both sides of spigot for easy removal it comes with a high quality sliding reel seat. metal band on butt section for added strength .

it comes with a high quality oxford cloth waterproof bag with a slim soft rubber lining so wont scratch the rod .

gt1 is hybrid rung for fixed spool and multiplier down or high reel positions
